Volunteer + Spotlight = Successful Futures

Volunteering at Spotlight is about more than just helping. It’s about learning new skills, connecting with our young people and community and exploring our state of the art and amazing building. Without a dynamic and enthusiastic team of volunteers Spotlight will not be able to achieve its aim of inspiring successful futures for young people. By volunteering with us you will empower young people and build and develop your own relationships with our incredible partners. We champion the creative arts but we’re interested in all of your life skills and experiences. As long as you’re open to inspire and discover new things we’ll have plenty for you to try out, and we’ll support and work with you to make the most out of Spotlight for everyone.

We offer volunteering opportunities all year round and have loads of chances to get involved. Time commitment will vary depending on the role s let us know what you can do and we can find something that suits you.
