We are hiring new bank workers!

We are currently looking to recruit to a selection of Bank Youth Workers.

As a bank worker you will join our pool of Bank Youth Workers who will, as and when the need arises, be invited to fulfil the below duties and responsibilities:

Bank Youth Workers will be called upon to work with young people, alongside other staff, volunteers and partner organisations and across a broad range of facilities at the Spotlight Youth Centre, to ensure that young people are given the opportunity to aspire and work towards their aspirations.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and have the ability, vision and passion to strengthen our existing work as well as the initiative and creativity to significantly contribute to future programmes.

The ideal candidate will enjoy face-to-face with young people on a one-to-one and group basis. They will be able to engage and inspire young people.

Please note that selected candidates will not be under any obligation to undertake bank work when invited to do so by Poplar HARCA. Similarly, there is no obligation for Poplar HARCA to offer bank work to those in the pool.

Successful applicants may be required for detached sessions.

£14.16 per hour
