The dream of a generation before - made reality
Since Spotlight Youth Space was opened in 2014, we’ve been on a journey with over 15,000 young people in London.
Spotlight was designed as a state of the art space, with the keys in the hands of young people to choose what they do, and what programmes happen.

Youth Work Works
Youth work works at Spotlight because we are led by young people.
As a youth service that provides mentorship, training and qualifications. We help to level access and confidence in the fields of the creative industry, sport, business, health careers, and more.

We are Community
Spotlight is the stories of diverse individuals coming together to lead, in a deep partnership and connection with the wider community.
