261 young people are consulted about the design and services of Spotlight and the Spotlight facebook page is set up. Themes around music, dance, digital and creative arts strongly emerge. Young people also emphasise the need for colour in the interior design, the need to feel visually connected to the different spaces and to feel safe. Detailed consultation with partner organisations begin, further shaping the design.
