Join us for 3 fun afternoons growing your confidence for travelling around Tower Hamlets with: Clare, a Speech and Language Therapist, Emma, a Youth Social Prescriber and a small group of other young people.
You will get to: + Choose and plan a trip + Practice skills for using public transport
This adventure could be for you if…. + You want to pick up some new skills + You already travel a bit by yourself or with your family and want to take some new steps + You are curious and courageous.
Places are limited so book early. Places will go first to young people without an EHC Plan.
