This film project will explore the challenges young people face when trying to pursue their dreams within the creative arts.
Through acting, dance and original music, principle photography ( Camera work/sound work and lighting ) young people will tell stories about the pressures and judgement they can experience from family, friends, society and even themselves when choosing a creative pathway. The film will explore the idea that careers in dance, music, acting and other creative industries are sometimes seen as unrealistic, unstable or “not real jobs”.
