Ever thought theatre has the potential to change the world? Forum Theatre is one way of doing it. A theatre practice focused on people, community and social change. This is a space to create and engage with solutions and consider what we would like to be different in our lives. This masterclass is open to everyone of all abilities – you do not need to be an actor! You might be an activist, a creative, or someone who wants to work with communities. Come along and learn how to use (forum) theatre for social change. This is a two day masterclass that will grow into a Heart project creative intensive on the Thursday and Friday – using the skills you have learnt from the masterclass to create a forum theatre piece about the issues & challenges young people face when accessing support for their health.
