Apprentice roles – Careers (tfl.gov.uk) TFL are opening 10 apprenticeship schemes in roles across TfL including engineering, procurement and management. They are looking to hire around 45 apprentices to start in September 2021. Their level 4, 5 and 6 Apprenticeships are open now.
Caramel Rock are looking for young people interested in fashion & design to get involved in their learning program. The students will learn; pattern cutting, sewing, understanding garment techniques and how to function on industrial machine. The unit is an overall well-rounded sandwich of different elements of fashion techniques at a BTEC Level 1,2 and 3. There is no cost if you are under 18 or 19+ and currently unemployed.
Now in its third year, the Young Artists’ Summer Show is a free, open submission exhibition for students aged 5 – 19 studying in the UK and British schools overseas. The Inverse Apprentice is a creative entrepreneurship programme provoked by the TV show ‘The Apprentice’. Our format, in contrast to the TV programme, is led entirely by the participants – Tower Hamlets residents. The apprenticeship aims to raise aspirations of the participants by helping them to gain practical tools to become local leaders of change responding to their community’s needs.
