Spotlight and Tower Hamlets celebrate International Women’s Day

Spotlight and Tower Hamlets Children and Family Service collaborated to bring all ages of the East London community together for International Women’s Day.

We also celebrated with performances from Spotlight Sounds and One Youth Dance.

Spotlight Sounds develops young musical artists to get a head start in the music industry. Assisted by Spotlight’s expert team of creatives and top tier industry partners.

One Youth Dance at Spotlight is London’s leading company of dancers 13 – 19 working to redefine non-vocational dance training in the UK. To provide world-class training, once in a lifetime performance opportunities and one-to-one mentoring for young performers from our base in London’s new cultural quarter.

The event was an excellent opportunity, in particular, for young people and parents to network with industry professionals and hear inspirational stories.

Spotlight is a free youth service:  East London’s number one destination for young people aged 11 – 19. Open to Inspire. Get involved in arts, music, sports, empowerment, work pathways and much more.
