Free Specialty Barista Traineeship with Guaranteed Job

One of our partner organisations, the brilliant barista experts Well Grounded, run a specialty professional Barista Training course in Lansbury Spotlight and now is your chance to get involved!

Applications for Well Grounded’s 8-week FREE Specialty Barista Training in partnership with Gather & Gather are now open.

This traineeship is run by Well Grounded, a specialty barista training academy based in Poplar, East London and sponsored by Gather & Gather, a contract caterer with cafes in offices across the UK.

Step 1 – check your eligibility: 

Are you?

• 18 years or older?
• Unemployed or working a zero hour contract?
• Not partaking in any training or education?
• Have the right to work in the UK?
• Actively looking for work?

Step 2 – read through what you get:

• 4 weeks of training (3 days a week)
• 4 weeks of work paid part-time placement with Gather & Gather (2 days a week) plus 1 day of training
• Internationally recognised qualification as a Barista
• All lunches paid for during training
• All travel to and from training, as well as work placements paid for
• A guaranteed job at one of Gather & Gather’s sites across London on successful completion

The Compulsory Assessment Day is on the 18th January, with training starting on the 30th of January for successful applicants.
