Huge success for Tower Hamlets First Ever Wellbeing Forum

The event which aimed to tackle stigma and empower and inspire young people to go out into their communities to create positive change within mental wellbeing. The event saw two sets of key note speeches and panel discussions, along with a series of workshops looking at social media, language and even teaching teachers how to better understand mental wellbeing in 2022. The event stressed the importance of mental health education for young people.
